Greetings, ladies, and welcome to the SwitchArcade Round-Up for October 4th, 2021. Friends, it’s a huge article that is currently being considered a major overhaul. We’ve got a couple of news stories from the Tokyo Game Show, reviews of five recent releases, a couple of new games to check out, and a great list of new sales to complement the expiring ones. The Mysterious Dream’s Alchemist Atelier Sophie 2 was announced.Īfter the successful of the first two Atelier Ryza games, you’d have assumed that the next game in this well-known series would be a third Ryza game to finish out the sub-series. Nope! We’re going back to the Mysterious games with a direct sequel to Atelier Sophie. In the end, it will show the game result. After each guess, the color of the tiles will change to show how close your guess was to the word. Each guess must be a valid five-letter word. On February 25th, 2022, the Nintendo Switch will release Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream. Wordify gives any player six chances to guess a randomly selected five-letter word.

Anyway, feel free to watch the trailer that was featured in the announcement. It wasn’t a surprise that Arc System Works and WayForward announced River City Girls 2 was on the way due to how successful the first game was. We found a total of 62 words by unscrambling the letters in invade. I’m not going to sit here and tell you Actraiser Renaissance is perfect on the Nintendo Switch. There are certain performance issues in the action stages, which are only partially mitigated by removing the environmental consequences. You’d get better off using almost any other version. Even if you consider Switch-specific issues, the game itself includes some elements that may not work well with everyone. I don’t think the game looks bad, but it won’t be a bad fit for many with its chosen art form.
It’s certainly a much longer game than the original, with some substantial modifications to many of its systems, but for those who liked the smoky pace and ease of the original ActRaiser, these could be significant deal-breaking differences.Īnd yes, not perfect. However, in the second quarter, I’m going to say that, after playing the entire game two times on two different platforms, it’s much better than I would have imagined. I believe you’ll find Actraiser Renaissance a bold, excellent take on the original games concept if you can set aside your ideas on how ActRaiser should be.
